I use win Gunzip also known as gzip. Extract the gz file. When it extracts it will have no extension so simply rename it with the .mvd extension

I think you can only watch it if you have quakeworld itself so you need to open your menu in QW then go to 'multiplayer' and you see the option 'demos' there you can browse thru the maps untill you found the place where you've put it.

yeah you need a gz unzipper. winrar handles it fine.

or actual gzip if youre leet like me :)

we can see griffin's aim is much more accurate in this demo than the dm4 one.. i still think griffin doesn't play at 100% here.. he'll own snake anytime, anywhere.. i know it, everybody else knows it..

nah he doesnt own me anytime anywhere. not the last game @ dm4, though i suck badly @ dm2, he doesnt suck @ dm4, what can i say, he's the best on dm4, not on dm4..

mosley i know i aint as good as griffin duelling. Ill prolly lose him in a tournament but i dont care. I just post demos here to get a flamewar, cuz everyone hates me, thats what i like :D
