Def and Yogic might be able to beat anyone else on 2v2, but that doesn't mean that Americans are the best at 2v2. First off, Def is Slovakian, and lives in Canada. Secondly, I refuse to believe any one nation is better at a computer game than any other, Yes, the Sweeds are very good, but look at their connections, look how many play, look how long they have been playing. Same goes for many Countries. In America, there used to be 2000 servers all packed to the brim with people, this was 5 years ago. Now hardly anyone plays, 5 years ago America was probably the "best" at QW because more people played here than anywhere else. I think its foolish all the arguments that go on about who is better as a country etc...

Why not compare which countries are the best etc? They do it in all the other sports, football etc. Does all the countries in american/european football have the same resources (QW: connections) to compete with against other countries?
