Another newbie-rape by mescon (and yes, I watched the demo twice, from both povs).
Too bad almost everyone of the good duelers in EU refuses to play this map, or else maybe we would have some competition in claiming the title as european aerowalk-master.
Don?t get me wrong, he rapes me and others silly on this map and his aim there is excellent, but as long as he scripts 90% of his rljumps and rapes total newbies, I won?t have too much respect for him as a aerowalk-dueler (still, he?s completely superior on dm4 imo).
Give me a duel vs a decent player, without any scripts instead.
I know he can play without scripts, so it?s just lame and lazy to scripts as he does =B-(
I also know that mescon himself didn?t upload this demo, nor the others uploaded here recently, probably because he?s aware of some of the statements i?ve written above.
Despite the facts, this demo was pretty entertaining to watch though.
Btw, if you want to watch this demo, you have to use winrar to unzip it, too bad sassa doesn?t mention that, because it probably goes for all of his demos uploaded here.

well sassa uploads gzipped (.gz) demos and either chtv renames them to .zip or sassa does.

it is true that mescon uses movement scripts, though this being just laziness, i don't have a problem with it myself. I don't see it as a condemnation of his skill either. iirc even great players like pietro used them, even though he could do everything w/o them. some move beyond scripts, like def, para and sparky. all of these guys see scripts as unmanly and something to be overcome or just not used. I take a stance on movement scripts much like zjz's; it just doesn't bother me one way or another unless it is for "tricks" as such. That said, not using motion scripts in dm is a sign of having highly developed motion skills.

I do agree that we really need to see mescon go against reppie on aerowalk. Seeing a match up like sparky/dirtbox vs mescon on aerowalk would, of course, be amazing; yet it just a hope at this point. But a reppie vs mescon aero match up should be arranged very soon.
