Haven't watched it yet. However, I found LocKtar's aim to be pretty tight when he played raket some days ago (you can find the DM2 & DM4 demos of that match if you scroll down a bit).

i'd like to say its both
but the biggest factor about those moments at jesus room is of course locktar's nervousness
he was very nervous playing at such open space where you know UL can knock you in air and then just do what he wants with you in midair... but then you can see him relaxing towards the last half of the map and just running around, his old locktar self, and in total confidence!
i saw this shit twice from both pov, 4 total times, its MUST DOWNLOAD :)

Has anyone noticed how weird UL's rocket aiming is? He moves just when he's about to shoot, but he doesn't try "following" his opponent while he can't shoot yet. Damn.
